3042 UNIVERSITY RD Electrical Permit Issued for Kitchen Remodel and Circuits
Metropolitan Electrical is handling the kitchen electrical remodel at 3042 University Rd for owner Heather D. Ehlig, installing circuits for the counter, recessed lights, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The residential rewire permit for this single-family home (100-amp service with an overhead connection) was issued with an estimated cost of $2,000 and expires 01/05/2027, so it looks like a focused electrical refresh rather than a full gut job.
