Misty Sturgill has pulled an electrical permit to update the condo at 5100 U S Highway 42, Unit 222, which is owned by Bomar Harold V Jr & Shirley G. Brooks Enterprise LLC will rewire parts of the kitchen and bath—replacing old fluorescent lights with four recessed cans (customer-supplied), adding a pendant and microwave outlet, moving and swapping several outlets (including raising one to counter height and shifting the disposal outlet), rotating a junction box, adding two GFI outlets to meet code, and converting one vanity into two. It’s a residential electrical rework estimated at $2,800, mostly a practical lighting and outlet refresh rather than a full remodel.
