7505 LANFAIR DR: Electrical permit for 50A oven circuit and 3 pendant lights
TSM Solutions LLC is doing a residential electrical upgrade for Sonny & Stephanie Hatfield at 7505 Lanfair Dr, installing a new 50-amp oven circuit and adding three pendant lights. The issued permit lists the project value at about $1,001, so this looks like a targeted kitchen power and lighting improvement rather than a whole-home rewire. Expect a quick inspection once the new circuit and fixtures are installed.
