8331 HOLLIS VIEW WAY issued Electrical Residential Permit PR-74 Temporary Pole

KEP Electric Inc is installing a temporary electrical pole at 8331 Hollis View Way for owner Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC. The residential permit covers a 200-amp, single-meter temporary service with an estimated cost of $6,000; it was issued on 06/26/2026 and expires 12/25/2026, so it looks like a short-term hookup while the new single-family home gets finished.
