4211 Riviera Dr Electrical permit issued for moving service from pole to house
American Standard Electric (licensed to Eric Seward) is doing work at 4211 Riviera Dr for owner Jeffrey D. Patton, moving the electrical service from the pole to the house — basically switching the feed off and back on. It's a residential rewire with a 200-amp overhead connection, estimated at $350, and a temporary "Temp on Main" inspection is scheduled for 06/22/2026. The permit has been issued and is valid through 06/19/2027, with one additional inspection planned.
