Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC is building a new single-family home at 18115 Catalpa Hills Way, and Payne Electric Company Inc. pulled a residential electrical permit for the new-construction lot in Catalpa Farms (Lot 152). The permit was issued 6/17/2026 with an estimated electrical project cost of $16,150 for a 200-amp, one-meter service with no overhead connection, and it’s valid through 12/16/2026—so the new place should be ready to plug in soon.
