731 W ST CATHERINE ST electrical permit issued for new construction
IETKA Services has been issued a residential electrical permit to wire a new single-family home for owner Romero Andy at 731 W St Catherine St. The work covers a 1,000‑sq‑ft, 3‑bed/2‑bath house with an overhead 100‑amp service and one meter, including hookups for a gas furnace and stove, with an estimated project cost of $9,000. The permit is issued and valid through 06/16/2027, so this little place should be getting its first proper power hookup soon.
