1412 Willow Ave Unit 33 electrical permit issued

Laswell Electric Co. has been issued a residential electrical permit for 1412 Willow Ave Unit 33 on behalf of owner George L. Atkins, Trustee. The rewire, estimated at $1,000, will turn the existing panel into a junction box and install a new panel in a different location, add a floor-heat circuit (floor heat supplied by another contractor) and a washer/dryer circuit within 10 feet of the panel. They'll also convert a one-gang bath switch to a two-gang for light and fan, accommodate a plumber-mounted vent/ventalight, and install a lighted vanity mirror.
