RJS Construction has been issued a residential electrical permit for emergency repairs at 3626 Wheeler Ave for owner JLB Properties LLC. Licensed pro Michael Billups replaced a burnt meter and installed a new meter base, disconnect and riser for a 100-amp overhead connection, with the project estimated at $750 and the permit valid through 06/16/2027.
