8409 FAIRMOUNT RD electrical residential permit issued for New Wire
Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC has a residential electrical permit for a new wiring job at 8409 Fairmount Rd. KEP Electric Inc is the licensed contractor on the project — it’s a new 200-amp service for a single-family home with one meter, estimated at $6,000, and the permit was issued on 06/12/2026, so it looks like a straightforward new-wire install as the house moves toward completion.
