116 Claremont Ave electrical residential permit issued
Breeze Electric LLC is stepping in to finish an electrical rewire at 116 Claremont Ave for owner Flippin Sweet Realty LLC. Licensed pro Sam Rudolph says the previous electrician left temporary and rough work in place; Breeze will be installing outlets, light fixtures, and switches and tying into a 200-amp overhead connection. The residential permit is issued with an estimated project cost of $1,500.
