1104 Balmoral Dr Electrical Permit Issued for Porch Remodel
Metropolitan Electrical is doing an electrical rewire for owner Duke Jeb at 1104 Balmoral Dr, part of a porch remodel to add receptacles, recessed lights, and a ceiling fan for the enclosed and open porch areas. The residential permit has been issued with the work estimated at $2,500 and covers a 20-amp circuit and a single meter — basically a tidy upgrade to brighten and modernize the porch.
