11149 Castlebrook Dr electrical permit issued
KEP Electric Inc is installing new wiring at 11149 Castlebrook Dr for Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC — a residential "new wire" permit for a single-family home with a 200-amp service and one meter, estimated at $6,000. The permit was issued on June 8, 2026, and inspections haven't been completed yet, so the work looks to be in the early stages.
