Ball Homes LLC is having a new single-family home wired at 7921 Copper Drift Way as part of the 21 Glenmary Farms project. The electrical permit has been issued to IES Residential (res-div92-permitsandinspections@ies-co.com) with an estimated cost of $5,000 — so it reads like a standard new-home electrical hookup rather than a major retrofit.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
