4104 SANFORD AVE electrical permit issued for new single family home
Riggs Electrical has pulled a residential electrical permit for a new single-family home at 4104 Sanford Ave on behalf of owner Regt Holdings LLC. The issued permit is for a 200-amp overhead service with one meter and lists an estimated cost of $1,001, so the home's main electrical hookup looks to be moving forward.
