3534 Winchester Rd electrical permit issued for 15kWh grid tied battery backup
David Wallace is adding a 15 kWh FranklinWH grid-tied battery backup to his existing solar array and 100-amp service at 3534 Winchester Rd. A residential electrical permit was issued for the rewire, with Clint Johnson of SESRE listed as the contractor and the project estimated at $19,337.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
