1900 Warrington Way Electrical Permit: Panel Change, 200A Service Upgrade

Blake & Co Electric is swapping out the main electrical setup at 1900 Warrington Way for owner Kristen Lynn Herbert, installing a new 200-amp meter/main, updating grounding and the bond bridge, and adding a 200-amp main lug panel with whole-home surge suppression. The residential electrical permit, estimated at $2,500, was issued and even shows a passed temporary-on-main inspection, so the upgrade is already moving along (the permit expires June 4, 2027).
