4828 Westmar Ter electrical permit issued for rewire
Ashby Electrical Services, LLC inspected the electrical service at 4828 Westmar Terrace for owner Westport Gardens LLC after an arson-related garage fire. LG&E had capped the meter, and AES found a single underground branch feed to the garage — they disconnected and capped that feed at the main panel and at the LB, checked the interior of the house panel for damage, and cleared the service to be safely re-energized; the residential electrical rewire permit lists an estimated cost of $300.
