17924 Wind Dance Dr Electrical Permit Issued for New Wiring

KEP Electric Inc (contact LOUPRODUCTION@KEPELECTRIC.COM) has been issued a residential electrical permit to install new wiring at 17924 Wind Dance Dr for owner Clayton Properties Group Inc DBA Eli. The work is a new 200-amp service with one meter for a single-family dwelling, estimated at $6,000. The permit was issued May 28, 2026 (a $200 fee is recorded), so it looks like routine new-construction electrical hookup.
