Barrett Goff is giving the house at 3515 Hughes Rd. a full electrical makeover with a residential permit to rewire the whole home and install a new 200-amp panel. The issued project, estimated at $30,000, will convert the overhead main to an underground service and replace all outlets, plugs, and lights for the single-family property.
