Payne Electric Company Inc. has pulled a residential electrical permit for new construction at 16940 Aiken Ridge Cir (Aiken Ridge Lot 72) on behalf of owner Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC. The permit covers a new single-family 200-amp service with one meter, with the work estimated at $12,935; the permit was issued on May 27, 2026 and $200 in fees have been paid. Looks like another new home in Aiken Ridge is steadily moving toward move-in day.
