5413 CHENOWETH RUN RD applied for 400-amp electrical service upgrade

Southern Solar & Electrical Contracting is upgrading the electrical service at 5413 Chenoweth Run Rd for owner Christopher T. Henson, increasing the main service from 200 amps to 400 amps to accommodate an existing solar tie‑in and future loads. The residential rewire is estimated at $3,000 and was issued as a permit after inspectors flagged that the current interconnection is starting to melt the Polaris taps—so it’s as much a safety fix as it is an upgrade.
