8303 Easton Lane electrical permit issued

Steadfast Electric LLC has pulled a residential electrical permit to rewire and add new circuits at 8303 Easton Lane for owner Rey Christine M. Estimated at $7,000, the work includes new bedroom and bathroom receptacles and lighting (one fan and LED fixtures), a 20-amp 240V heated-floor circuit, a revised hot-tub disconnect re-using existing wiring, a new 20-amp 240V circuit for a ductless minisplit, plus power and lighting for a basement bath and grinder pump — basically a solid electrical tune-up for the home.
