Pulte Homes Of Ohio LLC is moving forward with new single-family construction at 16925 Aiken Ridge Cir (Aiken Ridge Lot 89), and an electrical permit has been issued for the work. Payne Electric Company Inc. is handling the wiring for a 200-amp service, with the electrical portion estimated at $17,025 and $200 in fees paid so far.
