7514 FAIR LN issued for temporary pole electrical permit
KEP Electric Inc. is installing a temporary electrical pole at 7514 Fair Ln for owner Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC while the single-family home gets set up. The issued residential permit (Temporary Pole PHTB-31) covers one 200-amp meter and the project is estimated at $6,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
