Purofirst, led by licensed electrician Eric Alvey, pulled a residential electrical permit to rewire fire-damaged areas and bring the home up to code at 2431 Emil Ave. Owner Jennifer L. Johnson’s house is getting a service upgrade to 100 amps and new wiring on the first floor, second floor, and basement, with the project estimated at $20,000; the contractor notes a consultation trip will be needed and there’s a lockbox (code 1230) on the property.
