Ball Homes LLC has tapped IES Residential to wire a new single-family home at 7923 Copper Drift Way in the 20 Glenmary Farms development. The residential electrical permit was issued on May 11, 2026, for new-house wiring with an estimated cost of $5,000. A $200 fee has been paid and inspections are still pending.
