1667 Spring Dr: Electrical permit for attic and pergola wiring
Viking Electric (Eric Kephart) is gearing up to wire the attic and a new backyard pergola at 1667 Spring Dr for owner Michael Lally. They’ll add two new 200‑amp circuits to the third floor and relocate the existing backyard circuits into the pergola; it’s a residential rewire estimated at $4,000 with rough inspections planned for both areas and a final inspection for the attic.
