5230 Moccasin Trl electrical permit issued

Laswell Electric Co. is performing an electrical rewire at 5230 Moccasin Trl for owner Katelyn Williams, with the project estimated at $1,000 and the permit already issued. The work swaps and adds lots of recessed wafer lights, installs dimmers, adds countertop and appliance plugs (including a kegorator and beverage refrigerator), moves washer/dryer and other outlets, and installs three 20A AFCI/GFCI circuits (with the laundry breaker upgraded so the washer/dryer can remain operable after rough‑in).
