1893 DOUGLASS BLVD Electrical permit: service upgrade and panel replacement

Beverly Nettles filed a residential electrical permit for owner Beverly J. Nettles Irrevocable Trust to upgrade the service at 1893 Douglass Blvd. The project replaces a 60‑amp service and an inside 10‑amp panel with a new 100‑amp overhead service and 100‑amp main breaker panel, updates grounding with an intersystem bonding bridge and two ground rods, and adds a new 20‑amp GFCI circuit to the foot of the stairs with a receptacle for a future refrigerator, so the house should be better grounded and ready for modern appliances.
