6428 REGAL RD Electrical permit issued for residential rewiring and upgrades

Laswell Electric Co. is doing an electrical rewire at 6428 Regal Rd for owner Sheela J Stevens, with the project estimated at $1,000. The work includes converting and expanding several outlets (including behind a bed), switching a chandelier to a dimmer and adding four recessed dimmable lights, moving and recentering closet switches and light boxes after a closet expansion, upgrading the bedroom breaker to arc-fault, and in the bathroom adding a new circuit to install a heated bath fan/light with three switches; crews will also inspect wiring as they swap outlets and switches and will replace all outlets, switches and the GFCI with Deco Light Almond finishes.
