Jeremy Steveson had LGE shut off power at 3406 Cathe Dykstra Way, Unit 103 so Emergency Electric LLC could inspect the service and electric throughout the unit after a tenant raised safety concerns. The emergency residential electrical permit was issued for a safety check and repairs at the Riverport Family LLC–owned property, with the project value estimated at $300.
