1951 Roanoke Ave electrical permit issued for 200 amp overhead service change
Licensed electrician Scott Hill is swapping in a 200-amp overhead service at 1951 Roanoke Ave for owner Humphreys Jaclyn McKenzie. This residential electrical permit covers a single-family rewire with a 200-amp overhead connection and one meter, with the project estimated at $3,400. It looks like a straight service upgrade rather than any new units or subpanels.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
