11144 Castlebrook Dr electrical permit issued for new wire
Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC has pulled an electrical permit for new wiring at 11144 Castlebrook Dr. KEP Electric Inc. is the licensed contractor installing a new 200-amp, single-family service with one meter, and the project is estimated at $6,000; the permit was issued on April 27, 2026. So if you see electricians and a service panel being set up, it looks like wiring for a new home rather than a major remodel.
