HBG Electrical Services (licensed pro Stuart Stansbury) is on the job at 1704 West Creek Way Unit 1 for owner Countrybrook Apartments LLC after a small electrical fire in the unit. The record says the blaze was tied to an HVAC company and that the tenant has so far refused to move. Crews isolated and removed the damaged wiring, capped it off in the box, and pulled a residential rewire permit for a future panel change and circuit repairs with an estimated cost of $500.
