Payne Electric Company Inc. is handling the electrical work for a new single-family home being built by Pulte Homes Of Ohio LLC at 18121 Catalpa Hills Way (Catalpa Farms Lot 155). A residential electrical permit has been issued for new work with a project value estimated at $16,930 for a 200-amp, single-meter service, so it looks like a full modern hookup is planned.
