1008 S 40TH ST electrical permit issued for service replacement and wiring
1st Class Electric, led by licensed pro Shahab Etemadi, is replacing the electrical service and doing a rewire at 1008 S 40th St for owner Jump Start Realty & Development LLC. The residential permit covers new devices and lights, new basement wiring for lights, and a dedicated washer circuit with a 100-amp overhead connection, estimated at $1,000. It’s a single-family interior electrical upgrade rather than a major exterior remodel.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
