7518 FAIR LN electrical permit issued for temporary pole
KEP Electric Inc is installing a temporary electrical pole for Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC at 7518 Fair Ln as part of the new single-family build. The residential electrical permit has been issued for a 200-amp service with one meter and an estimated project value of $6,000, so it looks like a temporary hookup while construction wraps up.
