7509 FAIR LN electrical permit issued for new wiring
KEP Electric Inc. has an issued residential electrical permit to install new wiring at 7509 Fair Ln for owner Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC. The job is for a new single-family home with a 200-amp service and one meter, estimated at $6,000, and the permit is valid through April 13, 2027. Inspections haven’t been completed yet, so it looks like the house is still in the wiring phase.
