Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC has pulled a residential electrical permit for new construction at 19107 Catalpa Fields Pl in the Catalpa Farms neighborhood (Lot 176). Payne Electric Company Inc. is the licensed electrician on the job, installing a 200-amp service with one meter, with the electrical work estimated at $16,880. The permit is issued for a single-family home and inspections haven’t been completed yet, so it looks like another new house is moving toward move-in day.
