Owner Karia Samir Rameshchandra has pulled a residential electrical permit to finish the basement at 3813 Stockridge Rd. It looks like they’re turning the lower level into a guest room, family area and movie theater with a bathroom (standing shower) and added wiring for a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and an extension for a Jacuzzi as part of a rewire on a 200-amp system with two subpanels, estimated at $75,000.
