Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC is adding a battery to Dawn M. Novak’s rooftop photovoltaic system at 10218 Park Lake Dr. The residential electrical permit for a rewire has been issued, with the project estimated at $16,500 — basically giving the home a battery backup to pair with its existing solar panels.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
