206 FAIRLAWN RD electrical permit issued for deck plug
Goodwin Electric (licensed pro Jeff Goodwin) has an issued residential electrical permit to add a deck plug at 206 Fairlawn Rd for owner Joseph Raderer. The job is listed as a residential rewire with an estimated cost of $1,000, notes a 100-amp service and one subpanel, and was issued on 04/07/2026 (expiring 04/07/2027) — so it looks like a quick outdoor outlet and service-tie rather than a major remodel.
