5827 RUBY FALLS DR Electrical permit issued for new house wiring
Clayton Properties Group Inc (doing business as Eli) has an electrical permit issued to wire a new single-family home at 5827 Ruby Falls Dr in the Sanctuary Falls development (Lot 54). IES Residential is listed as the electrical contractor for this new residential job, with the project estimated at $5,000 — so the house should be one step closer to having all its lights and outlets ready.
