1525 Swan Creek Pl Electrical permit issued to wire new house
Clayton Properties Group Inc has pulled a residential electrical permit to wire a new single-family home at 1525 Swan Creek Pl as part of the 73 Creekside Commons project. IES Residential is handling the work and the job is listed as a new installation estimated at $5,000, so you might see electricians on site soon getting the house powered up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
