3800 Lees Ln electrical permit issued for residential rewire
Goodfella’s Electric, LLC is pulling a residential electrical permit to rewire the single-family home at 3800 Lees Lane in Louisville for owner Vincent Brothers Properties LLC. The job is listed as a 100-amp service with an overhead connection, one meter and one subpanel, includes two additional inspections, and is estimated at $200—so looks like a targeted service update rather than a full renovation.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
