9903 LEGACY CT permit issued for electrical rewire and sub-panel
Owner Yassin Mohammed Abbas is having electrical work done at 9903 Legacy Ct after a broken second-floor pipe caused water damage — the job rewires the first floor and basement while second-floor wiring was mostly spared. Licensed electrician Eric Alvey of Aequitas Power will add smoke detectors outside each bedroom and install a sub-panel beside the main in the basement to replace twin breakers with arc-fault protection, with the project estimated at $19,970.40; the main service will not be upgraded.
