Cronan, removing two existing panels, the meter and riser and installing a new 40‑circuit, 200‑amp indoor Siemens panel with new breakers, surge protection, a new meter/disconnect combo, and updated grounding and bonding. They’ll also run about 75 feet of new copper to the garage to hardwire a customer‑supplied car charger on a dedicated 60A circuit; the residential rewire permit lists the project value estimated at $6,000.
