3525 GEORGETOWN PL issued for emergency electrical repairs and surge protection
Adkins Electrical pulled an issued residential electrical permit to perform emergency repairs at 3525 Georgetown Pl for owner ES Property Group LLC — they sourced missing covers for the existing meter systems and are restoring power to the building. The four-unit property (five meters, five subpanels, 400A) will also get surge protection installed on each unit panel, with the work estimated at $1,000.
