Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC is wiring up a new single-family home at 16930 Aiken Ridge Cir as part of Aiken Ridge Lot 77. Licensed pro Payne Electric Company Inc will install a residential electrical service with one 200-amp meter, and the permit has been issued with a project value estimated at $10,800.
